Kambi ya Tembo
Kambi ya Tembo has unique landscape views of Mount Meru, Ol Doinyo Longido, Ol doinyo Orok and the magnificent Kilimanjaro. This is where you find Elephant bulls carrying tusks of considerable size and 50 years of age. Some of them live here permanently together with herds of mothers and calves migrating between Amboseli National Park and Acacia woodlands in search of food and form one of the healthiest and most balanced Elephant populations of the whole African Continent. Accommodation is offered in 12 luxury tents en suite. |

Lodge
Kia Lodge is only a few minutes
drive from Kilimanjaro International
Airport and situated in the heart
of typical African savannah scenery.
It has 40 en-suite air conditioned
cottages which are built in traditional
style using thatch and Tanzanian
arts and crafts, such as Tinga
Tinga paintings and Makunde carvings,
giving it a distinctly African
feeling.
The swimming pool is spectacularly
located on top of a hill affording
a 360° panoramic view of mount
Kilimanjaro, Mount Meru, the Maasai
steppe and the blue mountains.

West Kilimanjaro Camp
West Kilimanjaro is a semi-permanent mobile camp offering accommodation in luxurious, comfortable and spacious with en-suite bathrooms and is, naturally and tastefully furnished tents. The camp is set under the spreading branches of Acacia tortillis near a volcanic cone which affords superb sundowners and good views. Views of Kilimanjaro camp all the way to Kilimanjaro’s summit are superb with good resident game. The ability to walk, do a night game drive and see Maasai in their natural surroundings makes this a very special place indeed. Fly camping away from camp is also entirely possible.
Accommodation is offered in 5 double and twin customised safari tents. The largest tent available for safari camping and classic camping. Also available is a luggage rack, table, safari chairs, mats & soft furnishings in individual style. In addition the camp has a locally furnished dining tent for breakfast, lunch and romantic, candle-lit dinners and a campfire area.
