Nestling at the base of the Great Rift Valley escarpment, Lake Manyara National Park is stunningly beautiful and contains diverse habitats.
As you drive a around the park, enjoy lovely views of the Rift Valley escarpment and of Lake Manyara which attracts more than 400 species of birds, including flamingos and pelicans.
Watch elephants, buffalo, and hippo wallow in one of the mud pools and in the heat of the day, look out for the famous tree-climbing lions of Lake Manyara which you can see - if you are lucky - stretched on the branches of trees.
