Moshi is a busy little town sitting on the edge of the plains at the base of the huge Kilimanjaro massif. On this southern side, the mountain remains shrouded in cloud for most of the day, the snows being visible only early morning and late evening if you are lucky. From Moshi, you can go for mountain climbing, visit the nearby waterfalls in Mt. Kilimanjaro, indulge in cultural experience by visiting the neighbouring Sukuma villages for authentic insights into everyday African life.
