 Grants Lodge
Located 20kms outside Lushoto, Grant's Lodge is a spacious, colonial-era manor, built in the 1940's near the Usambara Mountains. It had four themed family-sized rooms and a cosy room with shared bathrooms. It has a large dining room and a living area with a fire place for relaxing as you watch movies from the lodge's library. You could also choose to relax in the private wood fired sauna.

Maweni Farm
Maweni Farm is a lodge located in the Usambara Mountains within Lushoto District. It is a mountain retreat suitable for travelers, nature lovers, artists, filmmakers and anyone who enjoys peace and quiet in a stunning environment. Accommodation is offered in 4 rooms in the main house and 7 rooms in the guest house. Four of these rooms are self contained.
The restaurant offers buffet menu with traditional Sambaa and Pare food,mediterranean and asian dishes. Vegetables and herbs are organically grown on the farm or by neighbours. The guests have the choice in dining in the restaurant or out on the veranda overlooking a small lake surrounded by bird-life including the Cardinal Woodpecker, Yellow-vented Bulbul Heuglin’s Robin-Chat just mention a few. In the mornings you can watch the monkeys steal your lunch from the kitchen garden, and a mysterious monitor lizard spying on the guinea fowl chicks. The night concert of bugs, hyraxes and eagle owls is spectacular. Amenities include a sauna, swimming pool and tennis court. The main attraction is trekking at the Usambara Mountains.

Muller's Mountain Lodge
Built in 1930's Muller's Mountain Lodge is situated on top of a hill, surrounded by beautiful gardens, in the Usambara Mountains. Accommodation is offered to 16 people, with a dining room open out onto the terrace where the eals are served. It has a cosy lounge area with a fire place where you could relax in the vening while reading a book from the small library. Activities includes guided walks in the day.

Lushoto Executive Lodge
Lushoto Executive Lodge is located close to the Usambara mountains with a great view of the valley and Jaegertal forest in front, a nature reserve with Africa violet and colubus monkeys. It is modelled on traditional and modern homesteads set in a natural garden. It offers self-catering as well as fullboard meal plan. Accommodation is offered in 12 en-suite rooms. Being close to the Usambara, it can be used as the base for hiking excursions to the Usambara Mountains or you could just take a days' guided walk to the surrounding area.
