Bwindi is home to around 340 highly endangered Mountain Gorillas, more than half of the world’s population. Sitting face to face with a 160kg silverback in the impenetrable rainforest is a one of a lifetime experience and is the highlight of every trip to Uganda.
A group of Trackers and Ranger will guide you up and down the steep, with rainforest covered slopes of the National Park. Depending on the movements of the gorillas, you will spend 3 to 9 hour’s in the forest.
