Entebbe, the former capital of Uganda during colonalisation. The 50.000 people town is nicely located on the shores of lake Victoria, the second largest fresh water lake of the world. Depending on your arrival time, you can take a 2-3 hours’ walk through the Botanical garden of Entebbe to discover and get a first look at the wonderful flora and bird life of Uganda.
