Ndali Lodge
Ndali Lodge is situated in Kibale Rain Forest, high on a saddle between two crater lakes, amidst the Bunyaruguru crater lake, south of Fort Portal. It is perched on the rim of an extinct volcano which has since become the Lake Nyinambuga. There are 8 cottages providing luxurious accommodation, each facing west to offer a panoramic view to the spectacular 'Mountains of the Moon' - Rwenzoris.
The interiors are imaginatively and comfortably furnished, the decor empahsising the using local materials. Each cottage, large enough to accommodate a family, has en-suite facilities with bath, shower, WC and hand basin and a private verandah, ideal for watching the sun setting behind the rwenzori mountains, the snow-capped peaks of which are clearly visible on a clear day. At night the dining room is festooned with candles - the lodge has no electricity or generators to destroy the tranquility and atmosphere. The sitting room, reception and dining room open out onto Lake Nyinambuga and are connected by two open passage-ways or breeze-ways.

Rwenzori View Guest
Rwenzori View Guest house is a comfortable place with a friendly and quiet atmosphererun run by a Dutch/English couple. The Guest house is situated in a lush green country side a long lower Kakiiza road (Boma), within walking distance from the local market, post office and fort-portal town center. It has five spacious rooms and one family room en-suite, all provided with hot and cold running, a shower, toilet and a private veranda over looking the garden.
The guest house serves European breakfast with their home-made meals, a blend of flavors from around the world, including Western and African cuisine. They also serve tasty vegetarian dishes and cater for special culinary needs, including for children. Meals are served in the lounge or on the main veranda, where you can enjoy the sunset over the Rwenzori Mountains.
